FACEBOOK SECURITY

It is Halloween and there it nothing scarier than having all of your personal information and data compromised so this post seems pretty appropriate!

Facebook is one of the best social networking sites used by billions of people all across the world. People upload their personal information like Mobile no., location, relationship status, photos, videos and few others. It’s really difficult to raise a question against the privacy and security but the question is “Upto what level you get your comfort”?

Considering my own personal experience, two years back when I lost my mobile phone and forgot to log off my Facebook a/c. It was terrible experience when someone misused my id and wrote something on wall post. God knows whether he/she had pulled out my personal photos or not but today I ceased my old a/c and started with fresh one .I really wished to get a cure at that time so that nobody could hacked it or misused I or atleast I could get some intimation.

I have been using facebook for many years and I have encountered many people with fake ids. Facebook has given us the option to block or report abuse the user but the question comes again “ Does it respond quickly ?” It is no use of crying over a split milk folks !!

Sorry to say but there are some loopholes which we generally can’t ignore. Like I mentioned, there are applications which can pull out all your personal information except the one thing i.e. your password. These applications help the third party to know your friends list and also the site which you visit the most. These things help them to increase their tariff and clicks which generally they paid up for. Its perfectly fine but again the question is “ Who will take the guarantee if some one misuse from their end”.

Keeping following things in mind, I and my friends came to the conclusion of making an application which release you from all your trouble ranging from misusing your id to password hacking. No one could misuse your photos and make a fake id with your profile picture. Moreover, If anyone try to enter in your profile or hack something, our application will give you the warning and avoid the hacking.

There are so many things to discuss but easy way to understand is move forward with us and use the application….
